"Warm Day in November"
Oil on Canvas
Framed: 23" x 23"

Born in 1957, Ken Bucklew has made a career of art, despite the limitations of total paralysis from a spinal cord injury in 1975. Throughout the 1980s & 1990s, his watercolors, acrylics, and pencil drawings were published extensively on a wide variety of greeting cards, calendars, conservation stamps, and many other commercial applications. An avid conservationist, his artwork has raised over one million dollars for Ducks Unlimited's efforts to protect and enhance wetlands. Ken is also the all-time winner of the Indiana Waterfowl & Gamebird Stamp competitions.

His oil paints are among the finest capturing the natural beauty and essence of Southern Indiana and are featured in a new video, "Hoosier Masters Collection," produced by Indiana Heritage Arts. His work can be seen at the Brown County Art Gallery in Nashville, Indiana and Ken Bucklew Studio/Gallery in Spencer, Indiana, across from McCormick's Creek State Park.
