Allen Hutton received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Cleveland Institute of Art. This culminated many years of artistic interest and creativity. He also attended workshops and demonstrations with Tom Lynch, Randall Higdon, Doug Fryer, Charlie Hunter, Patrick Lee and Terry Miura.

Allen is a Signature member of the Watercolor Society of Indiana and the Ohio Watercolor Society. He is also a member of the Brown County Art Guild.
